General Registry


The General Registry of the URV is a general administrative unit that depends on the General Secretariat.

Aims to facilitate the exercise of the rights and interests of citizens and contribute to the improvement of order and efficiency in the handling of affairs and general administrative activities of the URV.

Its objective is to achieve a control system and the internal and external assurance of documents presented to the URV and the official documents of the URV sent to other institutions or individuals.

The URV has an automated, unique and decentralized general registry. Therefore, the validity of the entries is the same from the General Registry unit or any of the auxiliary registries.

We ask that all requests, writings and communications be submitted to a URV registry office. If the document has more than one page, refrain from stapling in order to expedite the process of registration, which includes the scanning of documents.
